Kylie has worked her way up the ranks over the years, having begun on the ASIC help desk back in 2010, to earn her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Certificate IV in Financial Services and Certificate III in Business Administration. Starting out as a loan processor and settlement agent in 2016, Kylie then moved to office manager and qualified as a mortgage broker in 2018 before joining Punters Finance in 2019.
Kylie loves being in a position to educate people and help clients reach their property goals and gain financial freedom. She goes above and beyond for her clients by making them entirely comfortable where no question is a silly question. As a Business Operations Manager & Mortgage Broker, Kylie manages the onboarding team (quite brilliantly I might add!), ensuring that all clients are contacted in a timely manner; documents are collected and initial assessments conducted.
Outside of work you’ll find her camping at the beach, in the bush, playing music or cooking up a storm (at least trying to!). Kylie is our go-to for a great music playlist at any work function.
